Colossal is a display typeface inspired by ancient Roman lettering carved in stone. It brings the monumental presence of antiquity into a contemporary setting, balancing classical authority with a bold, modern vibe. It draws on the permanence of carved inscriptions, imposing, and built to make a statement.

That connection to the ancient world gives Colossal a sense of history and drama to contemporary work.

Designed exclusively in uppercase, Colossal is suited to headlines and short, impactful text.

It can be used for promotional materials, movie posters, advertising, video games, and projects that require a monumental aesthetic. Colossal is completely free to download and use, licensed under the SIL Open Font License (OFL), available as a .TTF for both Windows and Mac.

The Colossal font is part of Needmorefonts, which is a project developed by WORSHIP.
